Also try Leopard Forest. While mainly a coffee shop, they do have a menu of food.....soups, bagels, baked goods, etc. Great place.

Thanks, GS. I tried to rep you but I've given you too many points lately, evidently. Have you tried the Thai/Sushi place near there? In the shopping plaza? I love Thai but sometimes its really good - like Lemongrass (but pricey) or really bad...... I almost stopped there but played it safe with the pizza place. I hope to go back up this weekend if the weather doesn't suck and tool around some more.......

Hi Tina,

If you're talking about Ricefire, it should be really good! Owned & run by someone who had a larger Thai place in Greenville for years, and their food was fantastic.

Thaicoon? By Publix? If that's it, great place! Check it out.

More than three years — and the city’s $4 million improvement project — later, the Café @ Williams Hardware has been followed by a hot dog joint, a bakery and bistro, a recently opened upscale steakhouse, and, soon, a dog-friendly pub. The retail complex at 27 S. Main St. was on the verge of closing its doors a few years ago, and it’s now filled with small businesses, including the bustling The Forest coffeehouse

I've only had the chance to eat here once - but it was great! Service, cleanliness and cool menu choices - makes me want to head back that way!
