Not a problem.

Article 3 of the COE provides for what I suggest. REALTORS® shall cooperate with other brokers except when cooperation is not in the client’s best interest

And, I would explain to my client why -

I live here in Arizona; and you can take this to the bank-------the Spanish speaking Mestizos (about 85% of all illegal immigrants are from Latin America----and, most of them are at least part Indian heritage due in part to the flagrant White supremacy from the above nations) are much thinner on the ground than compared to six months ago.

Whether you believe that or not is your problem.

A question if I may: Where are you that you see them "walking" over the border?

I see the buses loaded with illegals going South everyday -

I'm driving or walking. I see the buses going south too everyday, more than once a day as a matter of fact and this routine has been going on for more than just this year, so what does that tell you? If the buses were empty then they would not be making the trip right?? So they have not slowed down.

That does not answer the question I posed to you though.

Where are you that you see them "walking slowly" across the border?

Walking or running over the border makes no sense. I believe some parts aren't even fenced off. Hopping/climbing over the border fence makes more sense

The only time I see them at the border is when I go to Mexico (which is fairly often) I enjoy it there. The ones I see often are already in Arizona, they are fairly easy to spot because they do no know how to dress less obvious. Oh and yes there is a fence there sort of.
