I did that after that 5 year episode. This was a long time ago though. I was not a happy camper back then.

i had a 6 point speeding ticket drop off the record last year finally .

i never gave the insurer any reason to highlight me for the almost 4 years and they never saw it .

one thing to think about when playing the delaying the conviction date game , you may need a new car at some point .

that puts you up on the radar and they may take a peak under the hood at your record .

luckily it cleared by the time i just bought my new car

You are not going to win but can get it knocked down if you fight it. you cant get a single day off to go to court? Then don't fight it..and start looking for a job were you can take a day off once in a while.

Oh, and we all know you did it

Ugh. This really threw a wrench in everything...
Traffic court is always Monday - Friday.

No nights. You won't be getting Judge Harold T. Stone.

Most village courts I know of, you can't send it in, you HAVE to appear during the week.

Small village.

I'm mailing in my 'not guilty' plea and we'll see what happens.

Whatever, I'm more concerned with points than money so whatever if I have to pay my way out of it, fine. I just can't have points.

So we'll see what happens

and for those of who say I did it, if you were not there, you don't know.

And its only April. Either you have a horrible vacation policy or you took a boatload of time off.

By pleading not guilty, you will have to appear. So you should call in sick that day.

Yep I know. Even if he wasn't, she's still not getting a night judge.

Though I would have loved to partake in a court room like that.
