Well being from miami myself, I found it reasonable to infer that her name meant lil haiti......... wow

I'm not sure. Maybe they mean like the parts of Miami that are not advertised in the media that people usually don't get to see. However, I don't think it should be labled the "real" miami. Do people expect a city to advertise it's undesirable areas? Not all of miami looks like some ugly ghetto.
