I'm betting Timber takes pictures and holds them hostage against future steaks.

Timber is in on it too. She has to wear Reigndeer antlers.

You do know that today is national dog's day? Timber better get a good knuckle bone for her hard work.

Just read in another thread that if you can't take the winter in Montana, you do not deserve the summer.....

We have had one heck of one, beautiful mild. I will enjoy it everyday.

I went looking for the Montana fork in the road photo. Didn't find the one I wanted, but did find this and this and best of all, this!

Does anyone know offhand where that last picture was taken??

Actually, it appears to be the eastbound lanes of I-90 just west of Butte. If you exit on the ramp to the right, you go into Butte. If you go straight, you pass through Butte on I-90 which has very limited on/off access.

Ah, explains why I couldn't place it... I don't think I ever drove west of Butte. Whenever I was over that way I was headed up to Elk Park.

No, I don't think it is that turn off west of Butte. I've driven that a lot, and even looking at Google maps street view, it didn't match.

It is an intersection somewhere on the north side of the interstate in a rural area, access directions to I-90, but it isn't any that I've looked closely at yet on the satellite view. It comes close to some I've found, but not yet a match.
