And they both won in the primaries.

At least it was their own money and not tax dollars...

Yea, the way I looked at it is that they employed a few people by spending their money.....camera men, tv channels, make-up artists, (but Whitman needs to fire hers....ROFL), newspaper ads, whatever.....

That Fiorina (or however you spell it), was so dolled-up in her tv spot.....she looks nothing like that in real life......

So, we have people who ran businesses, but know nothing about politics but have lots of $..... One of the few things that Jerry Brown said last night, 'we've been there, seen it and it doesn't work', (meaning Ahnald S)....

Okay, I'm done......I don't want to end up on b/p meds.....

a laugh a day. I am looking around now for folks with cameras every time I am in one now
People in my Wally look normal or close to normal......maybe because I live in Yuppieland..... I occasionally see kids with too many tattoos, but that's everywhere...and even with the tattoos, they wear regular clothes, don't have 3 colors of hair, etc....

However, I have noticed that 90% of the customers late at night don't speak English..... Our Wally in Laguna Niguel is not a 24-hour one and doesn't have the big grocery store.....I think it's open until 10:00 or 11:00.

The one in San Clemente is newer, but I don't like the way the aisles are laid out......and I noticed the clientele there is a little bit lower-class...I stopped by there on my way back from Carlsbad last weekend.......a good percentage of the customers (daylight hours) didn't speak English...

I've noticed that the more old and beat-up the Walmart, the better the customers look. Conversely the new ones seem to attract... People of Walmart. <scratching head>

We already tried Governor Moonbeam too, and that didn't work so great either!!

Tho I'd rather have political gridlock than a mad dash into insolvency.

Actually, yes. Downgraded to class C credit risk, I forget how many billions in debt even after a major tax increase, and when I watched the State Senate at work for 3 weeks a couple years ago, they did nothing but vote FOR anything that spent money, especially if it was needless nonsense -- so what do they expect??!
