The term Nazi derives from the first two syllables of Nationalsozialistische Deutsche Arbeiterpartei (National SOCIALIST German Workers' Party, NSDAP). I emphasize socialist.
Nazi in contrast to SOZI that stands for Sozialist and who were Nazis counterpart in Germany.

For decades after WW2 the Nazis were known as far right. Now as the right in this country moves closer to Hitler's right they decided they need to throw the Nazis all the way over to left to create some breathing room. Goebbels would be proud.

Crazy, Hitler was really not very religious, but he used Christian wording and the German peoples religious views as justification of war and the persecution of the Jews.
Interesting that Loughton has ties to American Renaissance - the same group whose members made over 200 death threats against Judge Roll when he presided over a civil rights lawsuit against Cochise County nativist, "immigration activist", and white supremacist rancher Randy Barnett. Barnett's now defunct group Ranch Rescue had major ties to American Renaissance, the Ku Klux Klan and other hate groups.

Seriously, anyone who thinks Hitler had ties to Islam is not only a poor historian, but an bad fictional writer as well.
