If cardholders went over there available balance, then they should have it subtracted from next months deposit on their card. If anyone says they didnt know its a lie. They are quite aware of when it hits and what the balance is. This is no knock on ebt users, but fair is fair.

Let's bring back food stamps, so many per week for basics. We'd probably save enough to pay off the debt in short order. And have some qualifications, like if you drive a Mercedez, no stamps for you!
