Given our record of going off half-cocked into unnecessary, wasteful wars of choice, is the US to be considered 'civilized'?

Thailand is a well known medical tourism destination where many are able to obtain first-class treatment they can't affodr in the US. Sounds pretty 'civilized' to me.

If you're smoking hemp, no wonder you're getting headaches. While basically the same plant, hemp grown for industrial use doesn't have the same THC content that marijuana grown to smoke has.

Oh, I beg to differ. Most tokers don't mind smoking with others, and have no problem sharing.

And?

Who's withdrawing?

I'd just prefer to be ignored by the self-righteous twits who've taken Reefer Madness to be a documentary.

Then of course there is that fact that is conveniently forgotten in the effort to paint marijuana as an evil drug or gateway drug.
