The need to finance a drug habit through crime is the RESULT of drugs being illegal.

i had a difficult time finding any information on Ted Cruz's stance about this issue.. but per the houston chronicle, Ted Cruz doesn't support the legalization of cannabis.
But he is a constitutionalist. Constitutionalists are libertarians.

Which means "Freedom and Liberty" and "equal protection under the law".

BTW....did you learn any civics lessons while reading Ted Cruz?

Well good!

I'd like to be ignored if I'm smoking a doobie, NO NEED for treatment.

I'd rather used hemp for the multitude of other good uses, rather than smoke it, last time I tried it got a headache

a glass of wine works for me with dinner
