He mentioned Trump because he knew it was going to be distorted by MSM. It's in the manifesto, read it again if you cannot understand it by reading it once.

Yes... he does seem to be less critical of the Republicans.. but holds both accountable. He also blames the more recent influx of immigrants on the Republican controlled senate.
