but his shoulder is too narrow for my taste. He doesn't have the ultimate swimmer V shape I like. Plus, his arms are too small. His arms need some definition in my opinion. But he is a good looking guy I guess.
I think my boyfriend has the best body.
My brother's girlfriend took several pictures of him before they broke up. She said he had the best body in the world. I guess you can say love is truly blind. Well, I love my brother to death, but I don't view my brother that way. eeeww Yuck

I am late to this thread, but I really just care that the man is stronger than I am and that he makes an effort to take care of himself. I don't know why, but it is what it is. I don't go for the overly toned types though. My Ex was that way and frankly, he spent quite a bit of his time working out and practically worshiping his own body. I found it a bit disturbing on some level. Exercising and being healthy is one thing, but obsessing over it is another.
For me hardcore bodybuilders are same like anorexic women. Good thing to extreme become bat thing.
I agree with you on this one. Too extreme is never good. I don't like bodybuilders bodies at all. Most women don't. Tall, lean, toned, swimmers type. I believe that is ideal.
A lot of it depends on the women. Fit girls that exercise a lot and look great will typically want to be with bodybuilders. Women with higher bodyfat or those that don't exercise as hard will not.
Most girls that could be competitive bikini or fitness/figure models seem to like guys with more muscles than a "swimmer" maybe not arnold schwarzenegger but somewhere in between.
I've been working out at the gym like a fiend these last few months, and results are finally starting to show. Clothes are fitting tighter too.
So women please post a photo of your ideal body type on a man so that I know how much more progress I need to make. Or describe it in words. Either is okay. I just need to get the perfect body and get buff. This is important to me and it's something I must achieve.

Just wanted to say it's not always about the muscle and your size, but that women are also attracted to strength.
I remember one of my past girlfriends was extremely impressed that I picked her up and carried her (she was a curvy thick 130lbs) and I always felt that was one major deciding factor that caused her to make me her boyfriend.
Then recently, I just met a woman, and I was rubbing her leg on a sofa during a lengthy conversation then decided just to squeeze her ankle and she was so impressed/blown away with the pressure I applied she asked me (with a shock look on her face) to do it again.
I think I catch women off guard because I look like a normal dude (fit, but not overly muscular), but after many years of power-lifting I have obtained strength levels that are higher then men who are much bigger then me.
And endurance. All that muscle means nothing if you have zero endurance.
