Don't sweat it, I'm assuming you're on the leaner side, if so, just go with it.

This. Accept yourself the way you are. Plenty of women love the long, lanky look. A lot of women find defined abs to be unnatural and unattractive. This is mostly a guy thing. Women tend to care more about personality than musculature.

Lean is good for me. Currently, my husband has a lot of muscles because he's been working harder on it. Wasn't always that way and I was still attracted to him.

I'm not a gym rat, so I'm not particularly attracted to gym rat types. If a guy has some muscles from doing stuff like playing tennis or basketball or cycling, that's cool, but if he's spending a lot of time in the gym and going on wacky diets and taking supplements or whatever just to show off muscles, that's not going to impress me much.

I'm really lean. More like skinny actually.

5ft 10 and 157lbs. It's just not big enough. I;d be happier at 168-170.
I don't think you sound that skinny. I've mostly gone out with skinny guys. One was 6'1" and 145 lbs. according to his license. He looked ok but I never saw him naked though.

To be honest you might not have liked him if he took his clothes. Some women get grossed out and prefer a man slightly overweight than underweight. You'll never know for sure now if he really did look ok, because clothes hide a lot of flaws.

Are you more attracted to his body now though since he has put on muscle? Or did you prefer when he didn't look that way?

You can't be too lean, can't be too bulky.

You'll just "gas out" too fast.

Too much bulk slows you down and ruins stamina and endurance.

Too little muscle and you can't do "the work".

Have a great day!

Well, my ex who I did see naked was about 6'1" and 160 lbs. if I remember correctly and I wasn't grossed out. He was just tall and thin. No ribs sticking out or anything. I'm not into pudgy men, but I can deal with skinny guys.
