I've been working out at the gym like a fiend these last few months, and results are finally starting to show. Clothes are fitting tighter too.
So women please post a photo of your ideal body type on a man so that I know how much more progress I need to make. Or describe it in words. Either is okay. I just need to get the perfect body and get buff. This is important to me and it's something I must achieve.

When I was a college water polo player, I trained almost 6 hours every single day. That is a life style for me. I have family history of heart problem. So I am a very health conscious person. Also, I just love the dare devil type of people because I am one of them. I just love men who are athletic. I love men who play all types of sports, the more extreme, the better. I wouldn't mind playing sports for the rest of my life.
I personally get sick and tired of looking at all these celebrities bodies. I've seen enough rock stars in real life to know that they are not all that and I am only telling the truth. To me, a regular person who works hard on his or her body and stay in top shape is perhaps the most exciting.
I like guys who are tall. I am 5'7", so tall for me would be 6' and above. I love lean muscles. Swimmers have the sexiest body in my opinion because the males have the perfect V shape and they normally have strong legs and arms. (That is what I love.)
Anyway, I agree with others that everybody has preferences.

For my girlfriends, they all have similar taste in men. We are from Newport Beach, California, a beach city. Maybe we all like the surfer swimmer type of body. I can only speak for myself anyway.
OP you can have the hottest body in the world; that only goes so far. Be comfortable with yourself so you can be confident with yourself. That's all that matters. If working out to that extent is what you NEED to do then so be it.
