When I was 24 I'd do it every chance I could get....even warm apple pie started to look like a possible option if I had to go a short amount of time without sex.
We still don't know why he's tired, or claims to be tired so much, after 40 hrs. of work. Maybe it's intense work; maybe they crack the whip, and expect the warehouse pickers to really move product, but you'd think that on weekends, he'd recover from that, and would have some energy.
What does he do on the weekends, OP? Does he just veg out all the time? Is he depressed, maybe? Does he hate his job, is that it?

Talk to him more...about what is going on. It could be anything from depression to cheating to he just doesn't have as big of a drive as you but I would want to know. A B I G part of a relationship is the physical intimacy & expression of how you feel....the more you have, the closer it bonds you. If you are feeling bad about *not* having it....it will start to make you feel worse about the relationship or even resentful.......
You won't solve it by discussing it *here*...you have to talk to him. If he won't discuss it, that's a sign of more disinterest & he is avoiding you..

Stop making it so easy for him. Sounds like you are more of an obligatory chore every couple of weeks. Time to make a decision. You're very young. Move on. You deserve better.
At 24 I could work all day and play all night. If you aren't having lots of sex now you probably won't be getting any later.......and that would be sad. Shelve this guy and find someone that wants to do it!
Does he watch alot of porn and take care of it himself? This would leave little energy for you.
