Hi - those people didn't look old to me. They look in their 20's or 30's. I'm not sure they have enough to do in their lives.

You have to be kidding. Please tell me you're kidding.

I beg of you.

Just occurred to me that it could well be that you are filming her, she knows it, she doesn't like it, so she puts on a show for you for the camera.

I wish I could move I can't right now as I don't have permanent employment and on top of that I don't want to submit to someone forcing me out of my home!!! as for ChicagoMeO I think your neighbors are mentally ill as you know that is not normal behavior and if someone has nothing better to do that act like an ass then they are most likely mentally unstable. lol

Hi - no that video is not my neighbors I have good neighbors, probably because i choose better apartment buildings and also the people in the video are another reason why I am a renter, because i can leave if i do encounter bad neighbors, but so far so good. In fact, I don't even know how you can be so "lucky" and have these neighbors such as you have. I still can't figure out - since I'm not in your shoes - if this is really people spying on you because they are evil, curious, mean, pranksterish, ornery, psychotic, normal, etc. or if it is something you are imagining.

I wish it was something I was imagining but I live next to a convicted felon and I have caught him several times in the act however, with no documented proof then my hands are tied. It is no longer luck it is reality in more places than you think it comes with angry people who are angry about their lives mainly due to the failing economy and the common reaction that seems to be by the majority is screw the next guy hence my neighbor!

you state that the guy across the street from his psycho neighbors should move well what if he can't?! For example too much money vested in the home in which he purchased and no money to move or the capability to do so. Finally, you are missing the point as no one should ever be forced out of their home by anyone!
