Its going to be near the awakening statue, parrallel to M&S. I haven't seen a actual date. On their website (www.redstonegrill.com), it only mentions that it is coming soon.

Nothing to really wow anyone but with GNC and Brookstone it does show that they are evolving into shops that are more practical for day to day and the residents that live and shop there. They are also reopening Potomac ,Gourmet Market as well as the opening a location for The Redstone Grill. I also think that, as Tanger builds its base( and MGM is secured, a lot of the retail vacancies will disappear. Now if they could only land a few large scale businesses to round out the mix. Either way, the next two years should be an interesting cycle for the Harbor.
I've never seen a Brookstone outdoors. lol I've seen them in malls and airports.

Is this where the Redeye Grill was supposed to go? That's been coming since NH opened. lol It would be interesting if they found another restaurant with a similar name to fill that space.

Love the fact that it's not a large chain and that their first location in the DC/BWI area will be at National Harbor. Wow at the price point!

That's exactly where it is going. Redeye Grill dropped their project a while back do to the lack of financing during the recession.

Yeah so do I. I read that they were originally going to open at the Inner Harbor but that project didn't go anywhere. I agree that it is a good price point. Fills in that middle gap.

While driving through there today I saw another store coming. Looks like it will be open in a a few weeks. Its called the Pepper Palace (Pepper Palace). Looks like the location will be a eatery/specialty store (saw what looked to be a dining area in the front but could be wrong) for all things pepper/pepper-inspired. Never heard of it before but its definitely an interesting concept.
