Warmest day of the year and for the first time the tropical plants get fresh air since October!

Yes, thats still snow there.

2 didn't make it. Lemon Plant and Grapefruit. 1st winter not surviving. Even inside. Oh well.

Kinda a waste of time and a pain to grow anything tropical around here.

Banana and Key Lime looking good.

2 weeks late better than never. Wow I'm tilling the soil in April. Feels Weird.

At least the soil is soft and moist. Thanks to 8 weeks of snow cover.

Thickest fog I've seen in a long time. Can barely see my Neighbors house 150 feet away.
Roads are tough to be on.

Cool!!!
What pic is it? sunrise/set or moon? Just before the time you post (10:55 PM EDT) its neither around the time of sunrise/set nor moonrise/set (full moon means sunrise time around moonset, and sunset time around moonrise).

From a bike ride yesterday late afternoon / evening. 63°F at the start, then cooled down to the upper 50s. Clearly Massachusetts. Bros live here:

Spoiler

Lake still frozen:

In 2013 at the same time of year (well, March 30th), the lake was less frozen:

Ice will probably gone by tomorrow. Road went into a short valley (40 feet deep) with snow on both sides of the road. Felt like I had entered a refrigerator. Not refreshing. Put a light jacket on.

Snow only on one side:

No snow here:

Would like to take a train over this bridge (has passenger service) someday:

A bit further down the tracks:

Spoiler

An older guy had come all the way from NY state to watch the trains, he seemed a bit obsessed.

Not a river. The Connecticut River is behind that big puddle:

Spring is the season for maple syrup. The plaque on the house says it's from 1793:

Clouded over, but then brightened.

White house with white cars. Both focii.

Does the statue of mother Mary come with the building?

Another former church. Signed it was one only between 1901 to 1928:
