Are there any jobs where you can still work your way up?

That should be a bumper sticker!

I just used Jessica Crawford for newborn photos and she did an excellent job

Purchasing a HUD Home

Posted 12-11-2013 at 12:26 PM by Vickie10essee

A HUD home is a home acquired by HUD as a result of a foreclosure action on an FHA-insured mortgage. HUD owns the property and offers it for sale to recover the loss on the foreclosure claim.

If you have the cash or can qualify for a loan, you may buy a HUD Home. You do have to qualify for this loan. There are many lenders/loan officers that can help you determine whether or not you can qualify.

HUD Homes are initially offered to owner-occupant purchasers first....

I offended my criminal justice class…

Posted 12-11-2013 at 11:47 AM by Pinkmani

In my criminal justice class, I said the following and the majority of the class was offended:

"I don't trust cops. There are two many stories where officers take it too far. Each week I read at least 2 stories where an unavoidable death occurs due to some trigger-happy cop with anger issues or racial prejudices. When you encounter an officer, just do what they say and don't **** them off, or else you're dead meat, literally."

Meet, potatoes and time

Posted 12-11-2013 at 09:59 AM by grumptacular

Eventually, I am going to have to go back out and meet someone new to share my life with. I know I don't need another person in order to make me complete, but I also know that I thrive when I am sharing with someone special to me.

As pretentious as this sounds, I am a great catch. I am just good enough looking, just intelligent enough, just kind enough, just humorous enough, and several other qualities that I may not be the best! but combined, give me the confidence to know that...
