Your version of the old man is not Paul's version, I was asking for scripture that gives your version.
Lol charlie you have no idea of the old man and how it is destroyed by Christ being formed in us for if you did you would know I spoke nothing but the same things Paul did.

I'm pretty sure from all of your posts I've read that we will not agree on this and probably anything else!
So if you don't want to point out your view from scripture just say so!
That is ok charlie the rcc mike says I speak in a different language then him
Charlie and JBF just read and memorize the words of the Bible and do not bother to determine if any of them ARE scripture by testing the spirit of what is claimed against the Holy Spirit of God. They pretend they do but they ignore and refuse to use the revelation of God's Holy Spirit of agape love and forgiveness by Jesus Christ on the Cross as the only infallible standard of truth about who God IS.
Or, it may be that God has a love-hate relationship with sinners.
Because He is love, he loves the sinner and died for him.
Because he hates sin, he hates the sinner who will not be separated from his sin.
God's wrath isn't nonexistent.
God isnt doubleminded friend. He loves some sinners while in their sinfulness Rom 5:8
8 But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
But another group of sinners its written Ps 5:5
5 The foolish shall not stand in thy sight: thou hatest all workers of iniquity.
Obviously not the same sinners !
