I have lived in both so this is an easy question.
Seattle-

Seattle's soul is the saltwater and seagoing ships.

Dallas' soul is more akin to a strip mall.

low 80s with no humidity and low dewpoints. I'll take that and so would majority of the country. And let's not act like Atlanta is some sort of artic compared to Dallas in the summer.

Atlanta is somewhat hot, but at least has a nice tree canopy...same can't be said about Dallas.

I mean, Dallas is 4-6 degrees warmer on average in the summer than Atlanta is...that's significant.
