I've heard Spokane is safer and has a better economy so I'm going with that. Louisville KY or Cincinnati OH?
This is a very tough one! I guess I'll narrowly go with Cincinnati since it's a little bigger, but I don't think I'd be disappointed with living in either city.
Smaller towns with both a local public college, and a higher than normal Native American population: Tahlequah, OK, or Havre, MT?
I'd pick Tahlequah. It has a milder climate and is in the middle of a very scenic region.
Port Washington, Wisconsin or Port Angeles, Washington?
My first reaction was Port Angeles because it's in such a scenic location. However after looking more into Google Maps. It seems kind of run down. Port Washington while not as scenic as Port Angeles is still scenic in its own right and has a nice well kept downtown plus better housing variety. Not to mention it's within spitting distance of the Milwaukee metro area. Port Angeles is nowhere near Seattle. Surprisingly I will take the mid-western city over the pacific north west one. Port Washington WI is my choice.

Iowa City IA or Lincoln NE?
Went back and forth with this one a lot longer than I thought I would.
Ultimately I chose Iowa City because I like that it's a more genuine "college town" and I like its regional location a bit better as it's within a few hours of many more places. Lincoln is close to Omaha, but that's it.

Tempe, AZ or Boulder, CO?
Both college towns probably aren't bad. If my memory is right from once comparing google street view, the local light rail system does go to where Tempe is. If my memory is right about Boulder, that light rail system hasn't yet been extended to where Boulder is. Tempe also scores better than Boulder on areavibes. So I'll pick Tempe.
This used to be a Big 12 rivalry, so why not. And I hadn't seen these 2 compared before: Boulder, CO, or Lawrence, KS?
Location: northern Vermont - previously NM, WA, & MA
