Kwik Trip will be building a new location where Burger King is on London Road. Great location for their first Duluth location! A few more are in the works for Duluth in addition to the two planned for Superior and the two future locations for Superior.

From what I understand, they will raze the building. They tend to do so when constructing new sites as they have a specific image and size for their buildings.

I haven't tried Panera but I am 100% with you on Chipotle and Trader Joe's (and/or Whole Foods Market... our WFCoop feels like a convenience store compared to WFM! Every time I go to the cities I stock up on certain things at WFM.)

What about a Ruby Tuesdays, Steak N' Shake, Sonic, Cherry Berry, or Toll House?

All of those would be wonderful additions. Ruby Tuesday's hasn't really been expanding in Minnesota lately, Steak N' Shake has yet to enter the Minnesota market, Sonic is working on expanding in the Twin Cities first, Cherry Berry has cancelled their plans for both Duluth locations until a new franchisee is found, and Toll House... well we can always dream for that deliciousness!
