You do remember, don’t you,” that Trump had Zero political experience, and that his failed ventures did show that he was not a “successful businessman.” No one can prove that he was because he hasn’t shown his taxes.

Mayor Pete actually has a lot more government experience than Trump did when he was elected.

The people who would consider voting for Buttigieg aren't looking at Trump as an example of successfully governing with limited or no experience. I will not be supporting Buttigieg in the primaries because I feel he does lack the necessary experience, and living through a Trump presidency has done nothing to to dissuade me that experience in the federal government and/or as the governor of a state is a reasonable qualification standard.

The POTUS position can be run on auto pilot. George W Bush proved that.

Actually, Ronald Reagan proved that. Although, I think it's likely George HR Bush was running a lot of things--the CIA in particular.

He looks as bland as any human could look without a casket.

I voted 'no' mostly because the guy's name is rather silly.

Funny what some people's criteria is for not voting for a person.

He has so much going for him as a human, one with many traits, abilities and strengths in order to be a president, unlike some. He is highly educated, speaks several languages, has served in the military, is a concert pianist and has been a Mayor for a while.

His dad was from the small island of Malta, and it’s apparently a common name there. No offense, but to not support someone because of their name is ridiculous.

I hope you don't actually choose the person to be President of the United States simply because you like his/her name.
