Technically speaking - yes. Because no one has heard about "Great Chinese engineering," until Americans brought there their know-how.
And the reason it happened at the first place, was because the *Communist Party* over there decided to sell the labor of their compatriots for cheap to Americans.

No, the EU/US/IMF/whoever will continue prompting it up financially, against all their own rules, because it's a POLITICAL issue, and people in the Eastern part will keep on getting killed, as it is today.

Russians, why drag the Ukraine thread up? Still hoping to reverse the separation from Russia? Its over, Putin created a new Ukrainian national identity. I can't even go there anymore because even in south eastern Ukraine everyone (under 40) is speaking Ukrainian and I don't understand more than 2 words of it and I refuse to learn it. So thanks for that, I guess.
