Hello people.

It is chili tonight. My DD is making this as I type.
Yummy.
I love chili but DH doesn't so I don't make it much. Oh tonight is going to be so tasty.

You don't have a green cast do you? Make sure you keep a passport around. don't want you to get deported to Mars anytime soon. OK. Now the humor is past I still don't know beyond the end of my arm what is for dinner. Should be getting a call soon. Out of taco shells so that won't fly. Chicken is still frozen and can't fly. It may be the emergency hurricane leftovers out of a can.

Oh my. The baked beans with bacon would be worth the trip. We may have to bake a big pan of that tonight. I will be cool enough to run the oven in another hour or so. Have bacon, have beans, and now a plan. If wife was here we could hurry on down with a pie. Alas she is not here. No call yet. So I go back to gaming and wait it out.

Just leftover roast beef tonight. Wait a minute. Did I say "just" and "beef" in the same sentence? Maybe I need to go home.

Well, here in Tenn. we are forecast to have frozen precip. tonight and tomorrow. My usual philosophy in DFW was wait-and-see. Now that I am 180 miles further north????? Well, it is still wait-and-see for now.

Highlands I remember those days from teaching.... ugh I don't envy you... I am sure you just want to decorate and unpack! Darn it all students....LOL

NMS I love the Land O Lakes FF..... I don't think you can tell the difference at all.... but I grew up on low fat/ ff stuff.

Lacey that sounds really good! I will have to try it...

Nikkzone... cheeseburgers sound really good right about now.... something about a greasy burger after a stressful afternoon LOL

Diva's fever is gone.... she slept the afternoon away which I know is good for her. I am only hoping she sleeps tonight. Must figure out dinner.... Hubby walked in the door early!!!! His meetings finished MUCH sooner than planned So, mac and cheese isn't cutting it. Thought I was off the hook tonight. The Mooch had a great time at bowling- and did work lunch into the date with Grandpa.... and an ice cream sundae.... though I think she is wearing more than she ate! LOL I think that just shows how much fun she had.....

Well, I am off to conquer the pantry.....

Think we're going to have snow-as my knees are the best weather forecaster there is. It's 11 right now, wind chill -1 and 4" of snow.
