I also miss Showmar's at the mall food court. I hope they return to Greenville soon with a larger dine in location. They just opened one in Lexington in the end cap of a strip mall (outparcel of the Hobby Lobby shopping center)
Showmar's is primarily based in the Charlotte area but perhaps they will expand again to the Upstate. But they may consider the market already saturated with the Clock, Pete's, Cook-Out etc. And I imagine the rent at Haywood was very high and they lost traffic during the Covid shutdown.

We are very close to Bridgeway Station and look forward to this development! We spend most of our time downtown, but, this will be great to have so close to home.
Nope doesn't look like a DG with that pitched roof. My guess is some type of office -medical or dental maybe??
