I also miss Showmar's at the mall food court. I hope they return to Greenville soon with a larger dine in location. They just opened one in Lexington in the end cap of a strip mall (outparcel of the Hobby Lobby shopping center)
Showmar's is primarily based in the Charlotte area but perhaps they will expand again to the Upstate. But they may consider the market already saturated with the Clock, Pete's, Cook-Out etc. And I imagine the rent at Haywood was very high and they lost traffic during the Covid shutdown.

We already know about these two new restaurants, but it is still a good article. "2 Charleston restaurateurs pick Greenville as 2nd city, for similar reasons." https://www.postandcourier.com/green...c1c2b97cd.html

We are very close to Bridgeway Station and look forward to this development! We spend most of our time downtown, but, this will be great to have so close to home.

I agree, Outback is #3 on that list. But beggars can't be choosers I suppose!

The Greenville store is in a bad location. At least the Simpsonville location will have more parking, but turning in and out there will be a bear.

From the dual sliding doors on the front, it's looking more like retail.
