Exactly. So many women think shorter hair automatically means easier to deal with and less hassle, but that's not always the case.

All my life I've been told what to do, what to say, how to say it.

If I want LONG HAIR in my 60's its my choice and you know what? I don't give a big rats arse WHO doesnt like it.

One of the joys of age - you just don't care what other people think.

Oh and...before yall start throwing stones - I think 90% of todays "fashion" is fugly.

Young women covered in tattoos - please.

Young men with their ears split in two and grungy unkempt beards = TERRY TRYHARDS.

All fashion is ridiculous in the eyes of someone....!!!!

I agree. I mean is it me or are all the tops looking like maternity wear?

I agree that short cuts do come with more work often times. Not just more with ones hair but on Wendy Williams she brought up how you cant hide behind your hair so you may have to focus on your makeup more or even earrings.
Sometimes a very short cut takes a certain face to pull off.

My girlfriend has short hair. She says that she doesn't want to have long hair. In fact, her hair is the same length as mine. I do grow my hair down almost to my shoulders, but otherwise I try not to be edgy.

I'm good with this straight long hair fashion, since I have straight long hair. When I was in my 20s, it was the 1980s and everyone had those ghastly huge hairsprayed hairdos. Thankfully, my hair would not cooperate with that craziness, so my photos from that time period look better than many - save for the bright clothing...

Get out much these days? Nearly every girl has long hair? Hmmm, time for a visit to the eye doctor.

Interesting question; honestly I never pay much attention to everyone else's styles.
I've had long hair since I was a teenager,
even before that actually, lol
At that age it was down to my lower back-
people loved it
I'm in my 40's now-
it's mid back length &
I still get lots of people who love the look.
I'm not ever gonna be into that short cropped look-
it's not me....
Btw that reminds me of what Pam Anderson recently did with her hair- omg.
Idk what she was thinking, but the long hair
looked way better on her......

I'm 50 where mine about mid back. I prefer longer because it gives me more choices with hair styling, down, up , curly, straight etc..
