I look forward to the OP's links to liberals saying it's harmless.

I've never once heard the argument that it's 'harmless'.

It would be just disgusting for the OP to accuse people of saying it's harmless but not be able to back it up.

Marijuana can be harmful if the wrong people use it. Put it in the wrong hands and it will ruin lives, but I would argue that those people wouldn't have lived productive or successful lives had they not used marijuana.

I am for the legalization of marijuana for recreational use by adults. Good thing I live in Washington!
Well said. To use in moderation as we do with alcohol.

I'm a liberal progressive Democrat and I know a lot of other liberals. We aren't all pro-pot and most of us don't use marijuana.
Me too. I don't smoke anything ... tobacco, marijuana ... anything.

I do appreciate - once or twice a week - a glass of fine wine or a well made cocktail, however.

I heard a doctor (neurologist) the other day saying that pot smoking has been shown in studies to be a cause of stroke. I didn't know that. He was referring to regular marijuana, but he also said there was a case of two brothers who smoked synthetic marijuana and had strokes within 20 minutes of each other.

I just had never heard a doctor pinpoint pot specifically.
