Nope, living the same as usual. We'll be fine.

Yes, we are doing social distancing. I have family in Spain and Germany and am getting firsthand accounts... we're maybe a week or two behind them. It is not a good situation and all the American exceptionalism in the country isn't going to stop a virus from overwhelming our health system. DH and DS work together on a jobsite that usually has no other people, so they're driving to and from work and making no stops. All meals are prepared at home (they are taking lunch). I work from home anyway, and DD homeschools, so we are just not going out for any activities.

No. Living the same too. If I’m sick I’ve always stayed home. That’s common courtesy.

I did stay home from church Sunday but that because there was a good possibility of being put into an overflow room so they could keep the crowds low and my back can’t take those chairs.

I really don’t understand all the panic buying and buying 3,000 rolls of TP. I guess fear makes people do stupid stuff.

Im staying home . The libraries are all closed starting today . I wash my clothes when i come in from shopping at the grocery and wash my hands for about 30 seconds . I am also santizing my floors and my whole house . spraying lysol everywhere . This is nothing to play around with . I have stopped watching the news because to me it is causing hysteria and wide spread panic . And i will never understand buying big packs of toilet paper . Gastric issues is not one of the symptoms of the virus . I think people should be more worried about food rather than toliet paper . all our schools are closed as well . I feel sorry for the people who have to clean these schools i hope they have hazmat suits .

My husband and I have worked virtually for years so that is not different for us. We tend to be pretty much quarantined most of the week anyway.

I tend to be a bulk buyer so we're well stocked as I happened to do the big stock up shopping last month. We typically make a weekly grocery shopping trip for fresh fruit, veggies, dairy, etc. That probably won't change. What will change is the time of day I do it. I'm keeping hand sanitizer in my purse so I can use it immediately after shopping. I'm washing my hands well after I put groceries away. We're not doing any extra cleaning in our house as it's really just the two of us. I'm not worried about germs on my clothes.

All of the events we had planned for last week and this week were cancelled. We were supposed to travel this week and next. We cancelled that last week. We may try to support a local restaurant next week or so. It's a wait and see thing for us.

I'm teleworking, husband is still going to work. I've had work travel cancelled and am in the process of cancelling a planned May vacation. I have a risk factor (asthma) so I plan on staying home as much as possible.

I've been working from home for seven years. Honestly nothing has changed, except I've cut back my visits to the gym starting last week. The weather's been gorgeous (early spring here in New England) so I've been going out running, my favorite summer exercise.

My high schooler is home for three weeks, and starting to get bored. I'm going to take her to the Cabela's and look at bows. We might do a little "after-school" shooting at the archery club this week, and it's time for her to be using something more serious than the haphazard youth bows at the club.

The wife is working for the Census, which is basically in chaos. The Constitution requires them to do the census, so there's no choice. But all the places she's been canvassing and putting up recruitment posters -- universities, colleges, malls, etc. -- are closed or ghost towns.

I, myself, signed up to be a part time enumerator on weekends, but it seems unlikely a lot of people will answer the door. I guess the procedure will be wear gloves, ring doorbell, step back six feet, wait, then on to the next apartment. I suspect the marginal populations will be under-counted this year.

I'm 61 as is my wife; can't believe we're already in our 60s. We exercise, eat well, keep a youthful attitude, and we don't look 60. But apparently we're now in a higher risk category for Corona Virus. We'll just try to be sensible, wash hands, and stay strong. As should everyone.

In a few months, likely this will blow over; there's no guarantees, as Dr. Fauci says, but viruses do tend to die down after a few weeks. A new vaccine is going into trials in Seattle with about 30 healthy people. Treatments are being developed. It's not like 1918 and the Spanish flu; this thing will be licked pretty soon, I believe.

Aside from our hand washing and minimal in person contacts, we have been going to restaurants/pubs probably once or twice a week. I imagine in the followings weeks, as some restaurants are closing, that may be be a no go.

I used to go skiing most days, but not now. They closed the ski resorts.

This was a good day last week; probably the last until next season:
