While the demographics have changed and are now skewing younger, one thing is certain regardless on how you view this virus. Yesterday there were 77,000 new cases diagnosed. Looking at the daily cases of influenza for the '19 - '20 flu season there were 13 weeks of over 60K cases. Weekly chart attached. https://www.cdc.gov/flu/weekly/weekl...regt_cl27.html.
Yesterday alone there were 77K cases and that number is DAILY, not weekly.
The transmission of the virus is much greater than the flu and by extension the greater the chance for infection of others.
That tells me that if there were 60M cases of swine flu (H1N1) here in the US back in ‘09-‘10 we could go north of there with this virus. (Of course nobody has any idea of how many Covid-19 infections there have been already - certainly many times greater than the 3.5M positive tests)
But others you came in contact with may not have been fine
It has been shown that those with asymptomatic covid have been infected with a mild form of the virus. If you get covid from someone with such a mild form of the virus, you too will likely be asymptomatic. But there is always the .001% to worry about in such events, I will not deny that.

Did you get that information from John Hopkins, "where has it been shown".

There is no “mild form of the virus”, at least any that I’ve seen documented yet. The only thing I’ve read that can attenuate symptoms is how much virus you are exposed to.
And your point? The last item was the malicious extreme of possibilities and I clearly subscribed to the opposite end. If a lab director doesn't have the resources to process all the cases they may "instruct" or "tell" staff on how to enter data. You're making a fool of yourself.
I observe that many can have an interesting dialogue of differing opinions and yet others seem hell bent on attempting to bait and argue. Of course, just my opinion.
