Better make sure it’s legal. People in VA can where masks in a group because certain laws have been temporarily set aside during a State of Emergency. If those laws don’t get overturned then you technically you won’t be allowed to wear a mask unless you’re a member of AntiFa.

Biden and the CDC suddenly announced- out of the blue- that vaccinated Americans no longer need to wear masks indoors or outdoors. Guess what that means? Because of HIPAA rules no one can legally ask you for your private medical information. So, no one has a right to ask if you’ve been vaccinated. Therefore, masks are history. Stores may mandate them but you also have a right then to not spend you money in that store.

A couple of Governors (Florida and Texas come to mind) were a bit quicker on the uptake regarding surface transmission and outdoor transmission (and lack thereof). The name of the game was to keep Covid away from indoor old people. Anyone who saw Italy a year ago knew the deadly primary target of Covid. Not easy and the woke-panic regarding other Covid issues was a distractor. But that was the wise focus.

Any idea when the whole 'needing a covid test to come back to the US from overseas' thing will be lifted? I'm vaccinated, don't understand why I need a test to come back to my home country where the majority of people are vaccinated.
Cuomo announces tonight as of Wed May 19, NY will follow the CDC mask guidelines - no more masks for the fully vaccinated!
That means no more masks for anyone unless someone wants to go to the trouble of checking vaccine cards, but they also may get sued.
