Yes it overlooks the garden/courtyard and is across from the garden. I'm just glad I got a choice at this point, ha! And thank you I forgot about people doing appeals, eek! I will definitely try to sign ASAP.
I have to sign I expected everything to be very nice and I'm not disappointed at all. The laundry room and business center are gorgeous! Never seen such a nice laundry room attached to a carpeted lounge...! Everyone I ran into was super friendly too. Can't wait!
Does anyone in the building have internet only without a bundle. In my current place I have a internet only plan for $39.99. When I called verizon I was told fios was only available and the cheapest plan was around $74.99.

It is a shame that the other layout with the exposure to the brick wall doesn't have a door and a terrace instead. I can see that from my place, and it is the middle/high school's roof, so I guess they cannot accommodate for a terrace, but it would make up for the sad view.
The garden view you have at the unit you chose is very nice and sunny and not noisy at all.
I really like the angled area. Looks like you will be signing soon. If something else opens up great, but I would be trying to sign a lease ASAP. You never know if someone else has an appeal with a lower log number. Are you facing the garden?
Truth! Sign, and be done with it...and then look to upgrade once you're in.
