I have <800 log and haven't heard anything. I'm only eligible for 165%, so like others have been suggesting, there's a good chance a lot of those upper-range AMI units have been leased out.

Being that you live in NYC I'd say your chances are very good. That still counts as a preference.
My log for this is 30xxx, which is my worst log number by far among the current pending projects I had apps in for. There's so many units available I think they will probably call me eventually, but I've moved since putting in for this and it would not be an upgrade from where I'm at now so will be turning it down.
