I'm surprised that their market rate rent prices are not as pricey as I'd thought! I would expect for a studio will be at least $4K & 1BR will be at least $5K.

Judging by the plans, on the lower floors it looks like the same number floor in Brooklyn Tower is lower down than my floor across the way - not really a commentary on ceiling heights though, just that the first few non residential floors of my building probably are double-high.

The rents listed are advertised net effective with two months free so the real rent is about that high.

Oh, I didn't notice that! Then, my expectation is correct, a studio is about $4K/mo & a 1BR is around $5K/mo without discount.

Lottery website says that apartments will be in a range of sizes so some of these market rate apartment floor plans could be useful reference points.

Studio - ranging from 407 to 543 square feet.
One-Bedroom - ranging from 603 to 740 square feet.
Two-Bedroom - ranging from 828 to 839 square feet.

The apartments are up on Streeteasy now (with a 55 Fleet Street address) with the real rents before the two free months.

Is there parking? Also, does anyone know how much they plan to charge for the amenities?

I'm right there and I can't even tell...I would think they'd advertise parking if it was going to be available.
