The universal assumption was that Adams was going to be better than de Blasio. Adams talked a good game, presumably to get elected. Now that the election is over, we can start examining the actual record, and so far it's not good. There is actually a chance that he will be worse than de Blasio, more along the lines of a Lightfoot.
