You don't care to know how insanely misogynist RTL is? Can you name one tablespoon of policy this org has authored that empowers women to embrace their free will without bizarre caveats attached? Ever. In their entire history.
Prior to their official RTL name they were called dixiecrats and pentecostals. They are the very same mentality that would bomb a school that teaches evolution theory and engage in whisper campaigns frightening parents in poverty out of fully educating their children. It's not legislation voted on in Congress by elected officials - so it's not technically in the books. It's a courts interpretation of the rules - but whatever, it's just a technicality, right?
It definitely is not directly addressed in the Constitution. Life is mentioned in the First Amendment - but if we can't see it, then there's no life according to liberals.

14th Amendment guarantees a right to privacy which the SC held applied to a woman's right to have an abortion. If you think that is wrong, work to change it.
