Huh? Marriage equality has NOTHING WHATSOEVER to do with any religious institution. It has only to do with civil marriage and the civil rights it confers.

And fyi - most gay people in this country identify as Christian.

That is utter and complete crap.

What marriage "equality" is referring to is the law - which is, in this country, mandated to be secular. Therefore, it has absolutely no impact on any religion, whatsoever.

Take this religious fear-mongering elsewhere, friend.

Considering that marriage has never been an exclusively religious institution, this assertion is rather wrong.

It has been in this country and that's all that matters.

Prove it. Your opinion is not fact.

Liberal anti-Christian bigots would be wise to follow their own 'tolerant' advice.

Opposing against gay marriage is not homophobic, says advertising watchdog - Telegraph

You can't be tolerant of the intolerant. This is ridiculous as crying "reverse racism" when someone calls another out for real racism.

It's not hard to prove. The fight for gay marriage is simply asking to be treated equally under the CIVIL, SECULAR marriage laws of the US and its several states. Nothing religious there at all. Care to show me where there is?

Liberals have a real problem tolerating other people's opinions, don't they?

The Vicious Intolerance Of 'Liberal Tolerance'

People are entitled to not agree with gay marriage and they have the right to hold that opinion without some hateful intolerant liberal bigot screaming at them and harassing them until they change their opinion that's more inline your own.

Gays already had the right to Civil Unions but no, they DEMANDED they have the 'right' to be "married" with their cute little matching tuxes and wedding gowns in churches, even though most of them are not religious and in fact hate the Christian faith and organizations. Hence, their desire to destroy religious institutions by forcing them to perform obscene gay 'marriages'.

Well said. America is not a nation of theocratic religious law. Try Iran or Saudi Arabia for that.
