Oh, and thanks, Ohiogirl81 for helping to give Ohio to this damn ignorant Marxist ass hole of a president. If it weren't for the idiots in Trumbull, Geauga, and Cuyahoga county, repleat with leftist numb skulls, Romney would have handily won Ohio. He may have, if you account for the voter fraud the Democrats probably committed.

Hope you suffer too. This should make you happy, till you lose your house and job. Then, we'll all just laugh!
Sounds like someone needs a nap! Are you still grumpy because "he who dares not reveal his tax returns" lost? It's ok because Uncle Obama said that he can come over to the Whitehouse and play as long as it is nicely

mitt was extended a hand in helping this country get back on it's feet, due to his "financial expertise". Now far as I'm concern this will show what type of a man that he is if he accepts and if he really believes in this country. We shall see

There's seems to be a basic misunderstanding among some here about why businesses exist. Companies exist for one main reason...to make a profit. Bring in more than you pay out, and you stay in business. Make a better mousetrap, and be able to sell it for a profit. Period. Empolyee happiness, altruism...everything else comes after.

Now, when you have external forces that increase your costs (via taxes, healthcare, as an example), the basic business model says you only have a few options.

Try to reduce those external forces. For example, take advantage of the rules that say you don't HAVE to provide health insurance for part time employees. So have more part-time, fewer full time. Do the cost analysis to find the right mix that allows you to operate efficiently. Maybe 4 part-time workers at 26hrs/week can do the same as 3 full time at 40hrs/week. And you can ultimately save certain labor costs...such as healthcare. If that model works, as a business..that's what you'll do.

When you can't reduce the external, as with a mandated tax, you either accept a reduction of profit. Or you look to streamline production. Maybe you really don't need 3 middle managers..two will do. Maybe there's automation that can be used in the production that previously was too costly, but now makes fiscal sense.

Bottom line IS the bottom line. Companies will do what they need to to maintain profit. Layoffs, reducing to part-time...all very predictable reactions to Obamacare. Happening now, will continue. Unintended, but predicatable, consequences.

The government is just mandating its social justice solution on private companies.
Since they can't pay for healthcare utopia themselves they'll just bring the heavy hand of taxes down on companies.

These companies are doing nothing but reacting to what government had done to them.
For 2 years people were warned this would happen. Well now it did.

You're going to see more fallout next year as the wall street and real estate taxes kick in.

Those "job creators" are not creating jobs. Even after 12 years of tax breaks. Hello?

Do we, the American tax payers, have to give them even more tax breaks (free stuff) before they will create a job or two?

Then don't. Let the Obama cuts expire. They should have expired the first time.
Individual don't create jobs..companies do and those cuts didn't effect companies so I don't see the connection.

Take it all away. The people spoke. Take everything away from business and tax the hell out of them to pay for your social programs...let the people have the "free stuff". But you'll never get away from the corporate welfare that is going on.
Walmart makes billions off food stamps as well as JP Morgan. Verizon, AT&T, etc. all make profits on the Lifeline program (Obamaphone )
You're going to give your money to the corportions VIA the government and there's nothing you can do about it.

Obama is in charge and he has a veto pen. Maybe he'll use it in the next 4 years.
