"Asian Americans" also includes Indians and Pakistanis, which are greatly increasing in number and vote 90%+ Democratic (at least in recent elections). If we narrow the field to east asians (korean, chinese, vietnamese, filipino, etc) the split is probably a lot closer to 50-50 with reports showing filipinos being the most Republican.
There are many Filipinos who ARE registered republicans such as moi, but myself & most of the folks that i know voted Obama.

I don't. BTW, one of the couples from the Diwali celebration I mentioned has two daughters, product of public education but brilliant academically (like their parents, I must add). They don't need excuses, that sadly is a way of life for many.

There is still that thing called "Honor" in many Asian homes, gop and romnesia has 0% in that field.

Exactly. But I think ability to see thru personalities differs. As we can tell, Romney impressed a lot of people, while it was depressing to even imagine him as the President. These people will take anything they are told to like, and hate anything they are asked to, with the typical tools used mostly in third world countries. Most Asians came from those set ups, to something better.

BTW i did my round of visits last night from Filipinos and Hispanics and all of em were just laughing at you calling you dumb. I'm glad there will be a few to join in to have some fun with you and i mean (some) in a very light fashion... LOL
