Why, yes, yes it was.

On January 1, 1994, the North American Free Trade Agreement between the United States, Canada, and Mexico (NAFTA) entered into force.
All remaining duties and quantitative restrictions were eliminated, as scheduled, on January 1, 2008.
NAFTA created the world's largest free trade area, which now links 450 million people producing $17 trillion worth of goods and services.

And because of NAFTA you've seen a tremendous increase in the standard of living of "brown" people.

And, what, do you think all of these are going to "enable" white people:

You forgot to add your left-wing trademark of white. Anyways, I'll take it on face value that you meant to leave out white. Either way I'm not whiny, old or bitching.

I'm a grown man you, a due hard republican know nothing of the history of America, what i stated is true poor whites felt superior to poor blacks, look at the poor whites who post on stormfront, look at their pics, a bunch of nasty, dirty haired looking white men probably the same amount of money as the blacks they bash all day but they feel superior to them ask yourself why that is.

Whatever America does is motivated by money and acquiring more power if you believe free trade was to help blacks then god be with you.

Bye

No matter how you make your money, ultimately it comes down to what will best benefit you and your people from a personal standpoint. Hence why Asians went for Obama.

Math FAIL. 1. The population of the US is 314,745,000 not 400 million. 2. You are including people who didn't vote.

Obama 61,910,594 (50.53%)
Romney 58,654,765 (47.88%)
Difference: 3,255,829 (2.65%)

2.65% is not less the 1%.
