So you're saying there is a job out there for everyone who wants a job, and maybe more? Is that what you're saying? I never said there were no jobs. I said there were not enough jobs for every person who wants one, and there are definitely not enough jobs which pay a living wage. Many people who QUALIFY for food stamps do in fact have jobs.
Yeah, right, these people are just lost lonely lawyers and accountants who have to survive on food stamps!!! Dear god! I work in the legal field. I know something about job availability in that area, and I know people without law degrees do not get hired to be lawyers. Do you think most of the people on food stamps have law and accounting degrees?

Canada has no national food stamp program and they aren't overrun with infectious diseases. They do offer vouchers in some of the providence's, but the amount is very small (like $20).

I really can't see what wrong he said. Illegal bring illness in USA. It is well known that poor countries like Mexico and India have higher incidence of TB, Hep etc. Our congress should think about it too.

Right, if you have the money to pay for tuition and books, living expenses, plus an average or above average IQ. Law school is NOT CHEAP.
You just put up a link in a post saying that there were lots of available jobs out there (some for lawyers and accountants), in a thread which is discussing food stamp recipients and their ability to get a job.
