Evolution is a theory. It has not been proven. It can not be the “correct” answer.
You seem to be implying that you are a creationist. I'll file that for future reference. It's true that The Law of Evolution does take a backward step occasionally, such as in the devolution of someone like Trump.
It is illegal because it puts religious learning and subject matter on a par or even superior to educational subject matter
Public schools don’t do that
Religious schools aren’t funded by tax payer money—separation of church and state
So religious work in place of education requirements is just as unconstitutional
If it passes and isn’t vetoed by govenor then it will be struck down as unconstitutional

It's hard to believe that we once put a man on the moon and today we have become such an anti-science culture. If we're going to insist as a society that the Bible is a science textbook, that the earth is 6000 years old, that Noah's Ark really happened, and that the Book of Revelation is the explanation for climate change, then I believe this country's best days really are behind it.

Right. And it's a mainstream belief that girls CANNOT be boys and boys CANNOT be girls. But if you want to teach it, and ignore science, you gotta let all the other viewpoints in.
This is very much on topic. This type of anti-science teaching was starting by the LGBT organizations. Now that it's coming back in a way they don't like, they are upset, and the OP is a very VERY vocal anti-Christian, proLGBT poster.
So maybe we need to remove BOTH ideologies from the classroom and stick with actual SCIENCE? Think they would go for that?
