The "whistleblower" report came out AFTER Trump told Sondland he wanted nothing from the Ukraine.
The conversation from testimony was on Sept 9th.
Quote:
The section referred to a September 9 conversation that Sondland depicted as "very short and abrupt." Mr. Trump disputed Sondland's characterization of him as having been in a bad mood — "I'm always in a good mood. I don't know what that is." He then suggested he was quoting Sondland saying, "This is the final word from the president of the United States: 'I want nothing.'"
The House was notified of the WB report on Sept 9th.
Quote:
Sept. 9 — Atkinson, the inspector general of the intelligence community, notifies the House intelligence committee that he received a whistleblower’s complaint
That's how criminal enterprises operates, and how Trump has operated a majority of his life.
Perhaps you would like to list the criminal convictions of Trump family members and employees over the years before being POTUS from these " criminal enterprises" ?
You realize that in order to be labeled a criminal one has to be convicted of a crime, correct?
Sondland's not doing Trump any favors. He made it clear using tone that Trump's "I want nothing" repeated twice as he was in a bad mood (also previously testified to) was but a temper tantrum. Specifically:
“I want nothing. I want nothing. I want no quid pro quo. Tell [Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskiy] to do the right thing.”
Probably because the House had just been notified about the WB complaint.
Notified of it, but hadn't supposedly seen it yet. From your link:
Quote:
"September 9. Atkinson, the inspector general of the intelligence community, notifies the House intelligence committee that he received a whistleblower’s complaint relating to an “urgent concern” on Aug. 12. He says he found the information credible, and sent “my determination of a credible urgent concern” along with a copy of the complaint to Acting Director of National Intelligence Joseph Maguire, who had seven days to forward the complaint to Congress."
Trump directly told Sondland he wanted nothing from the Ukraine before the allegations in the "whistleblower's" report were known.
White House is alerted to Whistleblower complaint concerning quid pro quo. Later that day, after months of demanding what damn-well looked like a quid pro quo, an angry Trump delivers a curt message to Sondland to insist that there was, in fact, no request for a quid pro quo.
Notified of it, but hadn't supposedly seen it yet.
Good lord, you actually believe that. The whistleblower's report was produced by a WH employee and is only a few pages long, it wouldn't take long for anyone on Trump's staff to read it and/or learn what it contains.
"Notified of" would entail finding out, if nothing else, the gist of what it contains.
"Adam Schiff: My Republican colleagues seem to think you need evidence to support these allegations." yes Schiff head you do!!
