Zlochevsky is under investigations for suspicion of embezzling state funds. Shokin was investigating him. So do not pretend Shokin was doing nothing but sitting on his hands.
At the time that Biden, the EU and the international banks pressured Ukraine to remove him the Burisma investigation was "dormant" or "shelved", it still is to this day. So.......

You're absolutely right. Biden had NO POWER to withhold funds. That's also one of my points. If Biden can't make the decision, it can't be corruption on the part of Biden.

It seems to me every day there was a leak. Not always true ones though.

And the cool thing is, all you have to do is change the phrase "is a source" to "is not a source" and then spying on Page and the Trump campaign is oki doki.
He would not speak up like that, putting his stellar reputation on the line, if he did not have the goods.
