I guess you haven't read the threads where women here said they married their pugdy hubby based on his personality and the fact that he really "got" them, really dug their individuality. Weight doesn't have much to do with it, except with women who are more superficial.

nothing wrong with wanting to improve and make an effort.

go to the gym?
eat better food?
expensive clothes?

what would help?

post some ideas
* grow your hair long, but keep it clean
* invest in some really sharp clothes
* get a tan and see if that makes you look better (don't overdo it, natch)
* smile a lot
* develop a great sense of humor (if you don't already have one)
* stand tall, even if you're "short"
* carry yourself with confidence
* make sure your hygiene and teeth are in good order
* height/weight proportionate

Be the best *you* can be. Problem solved.

In my case, nothing.

I just go to bed each night hoping that I won't wake up.

Men have muscles and are made sturdier so they can hunt and feed the family.

Women have curves and softer features because they provide most of the tenderness and caring.

Sure roles are reversed or equal now, but that's how it is in general.

Oh and smell nice Personally, I go crazy over some men's cologne...
Are you saying a man's chances are primarily career-based? While that helps, don't you think a lot of the judgement from women takes place before they get to even know the guy (just based on appearance).

You need to get yourself some counseling if you feel that low! I have been there myself, and it's definitely helpful to talk it over with a compassionate therapist. You might need some meds as well.

Sorry to hear things are going so badly! Please find someone to talk to, don't suffer like this forever. I definitely still have my bad days too, but you have to find someone to vent to.

I have a do-not-date policy about guys who were born into money. The one's I've known have either been complete airheads, or players. It is not about money, guys. It's about honesty, reliability, intelligence, kindness.

But it is about money, no matter how much people want to deny it.

There are a lot of old men who are no longer good-looking but they get a lot of beautiful chicks just because they have a lot of money.

So it is indeed about money, no matter how much people want to deny it.

Would you want to date any of those women though, is the question?

Also Ruth I was born into a bit of money, but my head isn't too airy, unless I leave the door open too long and then it gets really drafty.

Have nice essentials when it comes to clothing: a nice jacket, pants, shoes.

Also, being direct and looking people in the eye does alot.

Good luck!
