Agree but this could also cause resentment or cheating in the future especially if he wanted kids and chose not to because "his girlfriend doesn't".

At the end of the day, you can only control your own life.

If they already have kids, you can't really expect them to say openly that they never wanted children. It's not socially acceptable.
If you they don't have kids, their partners surely do and they have to agree with them on this to keep them.
You do understand the OP is a girl, and is adamant about not wanting children?
It's the guy that can't promise he never wants kids.
Sometimes too many knee jerk reactions cause head trauma.
