And I would say that you are incorrect. I am very single.

I think it's a little more nuanced in the dating world. It's not like government forms where you're single, married, divorced, widowed. "In a relationship" or "seeing someone" when dating typically means unavailable to date others, regardless of legal definitions of married or single.

In the eyes of the law yes

But most that I've encountered would still class THEMSELVES as a couple, boyfriend and girlfriend, in a relationship etc therefore not single

I now see where you are coming from so my apologies but I don't know anyone that looks at it purely from a legal sense nor would I but each to their own of course

That wouldn't matter to me I hear the words boyfriend come out of a woman's mouth I don't pursue it any further. She's not single in my eyes. I know many women will say "I am not married which means, I'm single." Wrong! If you have a man you're having sex with or living with you aren't single. I don't roll like that.

Glad to hear you happy so soon after your fiancée died two days before the wedding! That would have long-term psychological effects on most people.

I must've missed a lot. I haven't been here in awhile.

I haven't attempted to date since she died three months ago. What are you talking about?

I was supposed to get married back in November and sadly my fiancé had been sick and she passed away. Many posters like that one keep throwing it in my face.

I guess it's the part where you've said you are "happily single" that could possibly be construed as.....odd. It's almost a situation that could be described as.....unbelievable.
