She's not being charged with murder in the death of her former husband (at least one of them)? And what about brother Alex's suspicious death?

These deaths were in different jurisdictions. Expect additional charges as case progresses (if she left a trail of evidence... likely).

Chad has the gall to make jokes and laugh. What a creep!

Lori's was postponed due to "exigent circumstances." She was sitting there on zoom, so she's not physically ill. She was the only one wearing a mask today. Means was sitting right beside her unmasks. I think she's hiding. At least she seems to be ashamed unlike Chad.

Here is Scott Reisch's You Tube of the hearings. He gives his analysis too.

It seems like Roselvr doesn't do videos, so here's a written story that's pretty comprehensive.

News out of Arizona today is that they are ready to file conspiracy to murder charges in the death of Charles. Yay!

They expect to officially file within a couple of days.

Meanwhile, Ms. Daybell has been found unfit for trial. The District attorney is objecting to that. I don't blame him. She was obviously participating in her defense the first few months she was incarcerated. Now all the sudden she can't understand the charges or her options? Hmmmm . . .

Not too crazy to manipulate the lives (and deaths) of others for the past 2 decades.... But unfit for criminal trial.

Not unexpected.
Buying time, but the story is quite clear.

Consider the stress on the 'normal' people who have been enduring her hxll for yrs. Really hurting for the grandparents who may never see justice served during their lifetime. This has been murder for them... (Every day, for years). The emotional torment must be enormous.

Resolution? It will never come externally.
We must weep for them, and so many others who are the surviving victims of this very unfair and painful life.

Tragic

I think Lee jumped the gun a little in his post above.
The Chandler, Arizona police dept. has presented evidence to the county prosecutor's office and have requested charges on Charles Vallow's death, but at the moment, the prosecutors haven't issued any charges yet. They are reviewing everything.

I expect the Arizona prosecutors will charge Lori with something pretty soon. Charles' death is a big black eye on them all. It should have been investigated instead of everyone simply taking Alex Cox's word that it was self-defense and letting him go as free as a bird the same day he shot Charles.
The cops never even questioned Cox or Lori in a formal interview. They asked some questions on the sidewalk outside, and then just let them both go free with nothing more.

There were some critical gaps in the psychologist's evaluation on her mental fitness to stand trial. One was the report recommended mental treatment, but did not specify anything. Another very vague finding was her mental state. The description was left too sketchy to be useful for the judge, I thought.

The prosecution team objected to halting the procedure, and there's a lot of reasons to keep the progress going. The halt may be pretty short, but everyone wants this case to be as watertight as possible,

I think that slow is much better in this complicated case than fast is. If proceedings have to stop for a couple of weeks, that's better than making some small legal mistake that could compound and grow large enough for a successful appeal.

She's a manipulator. Of course she could manipulate a psychologist and fake being incompetent. She has no qualms about lying and doing whatever she needs to (or getting others to do something) to get what she wants.

Another good interview was Jason Lum talking to Colby.
