Would you happen to know what kind of questions I will be asked when applying to the 13-week extension? I

I claimed my last week of regular UI today and the online system reflected a $0 remaining balance. I called the phone number mentioned on this thread right after and it reflected an additional 13 weeks balance. So it seems to be automated, but who knows what will happen when I attempt to claim next Thursday.

"Your claim is not payable at this time.

If you have a pending appointment or if you have appealed a disqualification and are awaiting a determination, you have been given pended credit for week-ending XXXX. If a determination or an appeal decision is in your favor and no other disqualification(s) exist, you will be paid for the week claimed."

WTH does this mean? Will I be paid or not?
so enlighten me because i can't keep track of all of us in similar predicaments. You've certified all along for the 13 weeks even though they never notified you that you were eligible for the extension? they never updated your claim benefit year and added the 13 weeks? Does the 13 week balance show in your online account balance.

I was able to get in contact with a phone rep during the week who promised to call me back within an hour and extend my benefit year expiration by 13 weeks so I could claim the remaining weeks of PEUC I had.
Never got the phone call and I have still been receiving the certification cannot be processed error.

Today I somehow managed to get in contact with an agent again who by her words I could tell was just trying to get me off the phone.
The agent said she fixed the error after originally saying she doesn’t know why I’m getting it but when I asked her if I will be able to claim today she said if I do get any sort of error it’s because the system to claim is down (false)

As expected I tried to claim and received the same error. Two agents, false promises and no resolution.

that's ridiculous. of course she wanted you off the phone because she has no idea what the problem is and is giving you lip service. IDEK the agents were working today. I guess that's the workers they hired who probably have no experience and that's why a "specialist" always has to call back. A big wow is all i can say. Sorry to hear you're still struggling. I'm about ready to throw the towel in tbh.

Has anyone’s benefits exhausted (scenario A) recently past two weeks. If so has your benefits been extended, did they send an extension email ???

I'm in (scenario A) no email or any other message so far. I got through on the phone on Tue (6/23) was told that since I didn't have an open claim to reopen a new claim even though it said to WAIT. Was told to call back if denied. It takes up to 7 days for new claim to be approved/denied.
